By accessing or using The Paint Corner Kuwait website (thepaintcorner.com) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of The Paint Corner Kuwait.

The Paint Corner Kuwait provides action-painting experiences including Splat & Spin, Splat Spin & Pour, UV Neon Splat, and UV Neon Splat Spin & Pour sessions. We also offer birthday party packages, group bookings, and corporate event hosting at our studio locations in Kuwait.

• Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting the team.
• All bookings are subject to live availability.
• You must provide accurate contact information when making a booking.
• Online ticket bookings are stored against the booking reference shown after payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
• Group bookings (10+ guests) should be made at least 1 week in advance.
• Birthday party bookings should be made at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots.

• Online ticket payment is collected securely before your visit.
• Available payment methods may include KNET, cards, and Apple Pay.
• Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices displayed on the website are per person unless otherwise stated.
• Group and birthday party pricing may vary based on package selection and guest count.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling.
• No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• The Paint Corner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and offer an alternative date.

• Our activities are designed for ages 5 and above.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
• The supervising adult is responsible for the child's safety and behavior during the session.
• The Paint Corner reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not meet the age requirements.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
• Protective gear (overalls, shoe covers) is provided and must be worn during sessions.
• We recommend wearing clothes you do not mind getting paint on, despite protective gear.
• The Paint Corner is not responsible for damage to personal clothing, accessories, or belongings.
• Guests who behave in a disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate manner may be asked to leave without compensation.
• Photography and video recording during sessions is at your own risk. Other guests' consent should be obtained before capturing images that include them.

• Artwork created during sessions belongs to the guest who created it.
• Finished pieces require a drying period of 3–5 days before they can be collected from the studio.
• Uncollected artwork will be stored for up to 30 days. After this period, we may dispose of uncollected pieces.
• The Paint Corner reserves the right to photograph artwork, sessions, and the studio environment for use in marketing materials, social media, and promotional content.
• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of The Paint Corner and may not be reproduced without written permission.

• Our paints are non-toxic and water-based. However, guests with known skin sensitivities or allergies should take appropriate precautions.
• If you have any health concerns or conditions that may be affected by physical activity or paint exposure, please consult with your doctor before booking.
• The Paint Corner is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from participation in our activities.

• Guests participate in paint activities at their own risk.
• The Paint Corner is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by our negligence.
• By participating, you acknowledge the physical nature of the activities and accept the inherent risks involved.
• Parents and guardians accept responsibility for any injury or damage caused by minors under their supervision.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• The Paint Corner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the use of cookies and tracking technologies for marketing and advertising purposes.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
